Ms. Clarice Lau

Mother Teresa's quote states, "Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within reach of every hand." And Lau believes that "Art is a gift to our community, and is accessible to everyone." Lau has accumulated over 30 years of experience in public & private healthcare sectors, as well as with major insurance companies in Hong Kong. She deeply values traditional Chinese culture and ethics. While working at a hospital, she leveraged her appreciation for Chinese culture to create therapeutic environments for patients. She advocated for "reminiscence corners" that enabled patients to engage with art, history, and their own memories. This allowed them to draw on their cultural activities, helping them find a more positive outlook, revitalise their spirits, and engage in cognitive training. Lau applied her nursing expertise & cultural knowledge to develop therapeutic spaces that improved patient wellbeing & cognition through memory and cultural engagement.

Lau believes that all people possess inherent creative talents, even if they lack formal art training. Chinese art & culture can be a source of inspiration, optimism, and self-confidence in daily life. She had the chance to meet a renowned Chinese painter of the Lingnan School (He Baili) and his son, a contemporary ink artist (He Jilan), who draws on his understanding of Chinese philosophy, modern art, and Chinese calligraphy, while being passionate about preserving Chinese artistic traditions. This was a profoundly uplifting experience.

Inheritance is a profound connection of upholding one's values, cultivating hope, integrating life's foundations with social culture, family vision, and personal virtues. Determined to foster this spirit of inheritance, She and her husband have established the "Lovelink Charity." They believe that art is a gift to the community, conveying care among all walks of life, guided by gratitude, care, and the principles of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) sustainability. Formed by their vision & mission, they have assembled a team of supporting personnel, including advisors, committee members, and volunteers in Hong Kong.

Lovelink Charity uses creative art forms, a "Splash" mascot inspired by the Chinese steamer bun, to blend traditional and modern Chinese artistic elements. Splash is our ambassadors, telling stories that bring the community together through Chinese art with love & care. By connecting the community through art, the foundation hopes to amplify social harmony & unity, while uplifting and supporting those in need.

Lau takes great pride in the Charity's ability to make art accessible, allowing it to serve as a unifying force that cultivates Chinese culture and promotes love & care.

Mr. Tony Lee

Lee is a businessman focused on product development and production, the major markets are mainland China and overseas. While he finds satisfaction in many aspects of my work, he also loves to pursue work-life balance. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and going to the theater with his wife to watch movies. He also accompany her to the exhibitions of Art & Culture , which have sparked my interest in Chinese Art & Culture.

Given his upbringing, he had limited exposure to diverse art forms like music and painting during his childhood. However, as he matured, he came to deeply appreciate the restorative power of Chinese art and culture. Motivated by this realisation, Tony, along with his wife Clarice, co-founded the Lovelink Charity Foundation. They desire to give people seeds of love and care, and aim to advocate it through art as a gift.

Mr. He Baili

He Baili, born in 1945, grown up in Hong Kong, is one of the foremost artists working in the medium of brush and ink today. He is widely recognised as a pioneer in the field of Chinese ink painting. Known for his consistently innovative practice while remaining respectful to traditions. He seeks to convey expressions of the mind through compelling depictions of nature with a distinctive visual language. It is no surprise that his images of the nature world-lush mountains suffused with mist and dew-poignantly strike a spiritual chord of feeling and evoke reverie in the viewer.

Throughout a prolific career spanning six decades, he has continued to experiment with diverse styles and subject-matters: from early sketches of fishing boats off the shores of Hong Kong Island to the majestic portrayal of ridges and mountains of North America. In recent years, He has travelled extensively in China, painting magnificent scenes with prowess, richness and a new wave of vitality.

During the past decades, under He’s spiritual brush and ink, series of artworks  namely “He Baili’s Idyllic Hong Kong”  ” Elegance of Nature”   “Glamour of Autumn”,  “ Impressions of Mt. Huang” and especially, He’s latest series “Dawning of Hope”,  inspired by the breathtaking sceneries of Tai Hang Mountains after he conquered the summit climb at the age of 70, have attracted both critical and popular acclaim east and west over the past decades.

In addition to his artistic endeavours, he has extensive experience in marketing and brand design. He hopes that through his artistic approaches, he can showcase the charisma of the Chinese ink painting and culture to people from different social strata, incorporating it into daily life and making it an indispensable element of community culture.

Mr. SiuMing FUNG graduated with first-class honors from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, majoring in design. He founded SiuMing.Photo 15 years ago and specialises in wedding, bridal, commercial, and family photography.

Mr. George Lung (SBS，MH，JP)

Mr. George Lung actively participates in national affairs and social welfare services. He was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong in 1995. He was awarded the Medal of Honor (MH) by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2001. In 2008, he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace (JP) by the Chief Executive. In 2014, he was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS)and will be awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star (SBS) in 2024. George is also a member of the 10th to 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Dr. Jeffrey Pong is an ophthalmologist and currently serves as a consultant at Hong Kong Adventist Hospital. He is also an honorary assistant professor of ophthalmology at the School of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and an honorary consultant of the First Hub of The Hang Seng University.  Dr Pong is active in public affairs, and holds the position of Sham Shui Po District Council Member, the Chairman of The Association of Hong Kong Professionals, and the founding president of the Greater Bay Area Medical Professional Development Association. Dr. Ko is is a specialist in orthopedic and he is currently a non-official member of the Executive Council of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the Standing Committee of the Chao Zhou City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is also a Council Member of the Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Chiu Chow Committee Organisations and Vice President of the Hong Kong China Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Ko was Secretary for Food and Health from July 2012 to June 2017 and previously Chairman of the Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society and Director of the Hong Kong Red Cross. He was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2017.

Dr. Ko is a Chiu Chow native and has a strong ambition to inherit local Chiu Chow's culture and Chinese culture. As Chiu Chow's  history, Chiu Chow dialect, opera, music, architecture, food, crafts, embroidery, and even Gongfu tea and ceramics all contain great connotations; Dr. Ko hopes that the young generation can enjoy their physical and mental pleasure through tea art classes, tea tasting, and understanding of the history of tea art, tea varieties, and tea making techniques. Dr. Ko strongly agrees with the mission of Lovelink Charity Foundation, which is about promoting accessibility, continuity and inheritance of Chinese arts and culture among the general public and spreading love and care to the needy in society. It is vital for people to connect their body and mind with art, thus fostering their own physical and mental wellness. From western or modern medicine, most diseases can be cured by internal and external factors.  Whether it is congenital factors or acquired reasons, focus on yourself first and maintain good physical and mental health. Dr. Lam Ching Choi (SBS JP)

Dr. Lam Ching-choi is a specialist in paediatric and community medicine and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Haven of Hope Christian Service.  Under his leadership, Haven of Hope Christian Service is one of the pioneers in the provision of holistic care for the elderly in Hong Kong.

Dr. Lam has extensive knowledge of local public health policies and services and serves as a member of various statutory and advisory bodies. He is currently a non-official member of the Executive Council of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and serves as the chairman of various committees, including the Advisory Committee on Mental Health, Chairman of the Council for Carbon Neutrality & Sustainable Development,  the Steering Committee on Review of Manpower for Healthcare Services in Residential Care Homes, the Healthcare & Wellness Training Board of the Vocational Training Council and the Independent Commission Against Corruption Complaints Committee. He is also a member of the Green Technology & Finance Development Committee as well as the Supervisory Board and the Nominating Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Society, and to advise the Government on the different policies. 

Dr. Lam has been honored by the HKSAR Government with the Justice of Peace in 2003 and Silver Bauhinia Star in 2019 respectively.  In 2018, apart from receiving Honorary Fellowship from Lingnan University, he was also given the Ageing Asia Global Ageing Influencer Award (Special Recognitions) for his devotion to public services and his influence on policy-making for the global ageing trend.

Dr. Kenneth Yau is a specialist ophthalmologist. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and then got a Master of Medicine degree from the University of Hong Kong. For many years, he has served in Auxiliary Medical Service (currently Senior Assistant Director), Lions Club of West Kowloon, Mongkok Kai-fong Association, Wa Ying College Hong Kong Alumni Association and other charitable organisations. Dr. Derek Wong

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong, Dr. Derek Wong worked in five hospitals in Hong Kong and obtained specialist qualifications in neurosurgery. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Wong is also a board member of the Hong Kong Stroke Society and the Hong Kong Stroke Foundation, where he promotes the development and education of stroke treatment and interventional catheter therapy for cerebrovascular diseases. On the other hand, Dr. Wong actively promotes sports. As a former member of the Hong Kong triathlon team, he still participates in triathlons and marathons and other events, and leads an active lifestyle.

Dr. Ho is a qualified general surgeon who has been serving the community for more than 15 years. He has been helping patients with elective and emergency surgical conditions, those need endoscopic or surgical interventions since his graduation from Faculty of Medicine, Chinese University of Hong Kong. He extended his service to the community by also training new surgeons as a qualified trainer and examiner for professional examination. I have been serving patients with different medical conditions. However, I think the ability of one person is limited, even though I have a pair of hands and expertise helping patients as a surgeon. Apart from medical needs, some patients were also socially, psychologically and spiritually deficient and hence had a lot of sufferings. Joining people with different backgrounds and expertise to match different needs of the patient through their hard times is very rewarding. Mr. Angus Fung

Floral art entails extensive and deep expertise. After Angus obtained the Diploma of Advanced Dutch Flower Arrangements (ADFA), he then took the Dutch Floral Instructor Course, and resolutely chose to be a flower art instructor at the Employees Retraining Board, to assist the unemployed in rebuilding their confidence and enhancing their skills. In addition, by teaching floral art knowledge to Christians, he aids them in quieting their busy minds, finding tranquility, drawing closer to God, and experiencing the spiritual aspect of floral art practice.

Through teaching floral art, I aim to assist students in confidently pursuing career transitions and making a positive impact on the community. Mr. Mars Kwan

Having been engaged in product development for many years, Kwan’s main business includes 3D module construction, household products, toys and pop-art product development.

He started the development of a social enterprise in 2019 and obtained a non-profit organisation license in 2021. Through training, the organisation has hired hearing-impaired and autistic young people to provide 3D design services to society and the business community, as well as artistic creations for people with different abilities.

I am very honored to be a member of the Lovelink Charity Foundation. As an individual who loves Chinese culture and cares about underprivileged communities, I fully agree with the concept of life inheritance in "Thank and Care". People call him the “Insurance Expert”. He enjoys running and participates in charity runs every year.

Mr. Henry Wong

As a person born in the 1960s who does not have a brilliant degree, he likes to talk about words, poetry and songs, and he loves them all. He has been fond of random thoughts since he was a child, and loves reading, music, writing, and philosophy. He is deeply inspired by the teachings of Laozi and the I Ching. Later, he created his own IDEO reverse thinking logic, and published written works under the name of "NI GEN JING" and "Two philosophical men".

In the past, I wrote music reviews and columns, promoted singers and music creation, held courses and lectures, established an "ideological business group", and traveled in the creative culture and financial planning fields. To this day, I am still active on the front line and pragmatic. to carry out cross-sector development.

My life motto is:
