Fung graduated with First Class Honors from the Design Department of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University; he initially worked as a corporate product and graphic designer. In 2006, he founded SiuMing.Photo, where he skillfully captures and narrates love stories through his deep photographic techniques. Specializing in wedding, bridal, and family photography, he also collaborates with various organizations for commercial shoots. 

Through years of experience in photography and design, Fung has honed his personal art of light and shadow. His innovative photography style, combined with his unique insights into tone and composition, beautifully weaves the emotional layers of people, events, and objects, effectively telling stories through his work.

In recent years, he has pioneered the romantic and elegant theme of starry sky photography for weddings, earning numerous awards and the admiration of many couples-to-be. Known as the "Magician of Light and Shadow," he has won over fifty international wedding photography awards and has been selected as one of the "Top Ten Wedding Photographers in Hong Kong" by the four major wedding platforms in Hong Kong. His work has been included by the renowned American art publisher World Wide Art Inc. in 《International Contemporary Masters of Photography》.

Siu Ming has been invited to shoot bridal photos for Hong Kong artists Sarah Song and Jason Chan, and is the preferred wedding photographer for many celebrities.
